Lou began his career in New York City, building and scaling marketing organizations within early- and mid-stage technology startups, entertainment marketing ventures, enterprise software companies, and fintech firms. He holds a marketing degree from Rutger University and multiple professional certifications across marketing disciplines. His professional foundation was formed in environments where innovation, risk mitigation, and operational precision were non-negotiable. It is this enterprise-level discipline that now defines Three Palms HomeWatch.

Family remains at the center of everything they do. Lou and Kimberly are devoted parents to their six-year-old son, and active supporters of the Naples community.
