Home Watch services are intended to provide observational oversight, not property protection or insurance.

Property damage may occur between visits or from causes outside the Company's control, including:

• vandalism or theft

Home Watch services do not guarantee the prevention of damage.

All services are governed by the Home Watch Services Agreement signed between the homeowner and the Company.

That agreement governs:

If any conflict exists between these Terms and the signed service agreement, the signed agreement shall control.

Homeowners are responsible for:

• disclosing hazards at the property

Failure to comply with insurance requirements may result in denied insurance claims.

• cleaning services
• landscapers

This coordination is provided as a courtesy only.

The Company does not guarantee:

• vendor work quality
• vendor licensing
• vendor reliability

Contracts remain between the homeowner and the vendor.

If a concerning issue is discovered and the homeowner or emergency contact cannot be reached, the Company may attempt reasonable temporary stabilization measures or coordinate emergency services at the homeowner's expense.

Such actions are performed in good faith and as a courtesy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Three Palms HomeWatch shall not be responsible for damages arising from:

• water intrusion
• mechanical system failure
• vandalism or theft
• pest infestations
• vendor negligence
• acts of nature
• homeowner negligence

Liability shall be limited in accordance with the Home Watch Services Agreement, including applicable limitations on damages.

Homeowners are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for the property and its contents.

Insurance policies for seasonal homes often require regular property checks, and homeowners are responsible for complying with their insurer's requirements.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control including:

• hurricanes
• severe weather
• natural disasters
• hazardous conditions
• utility outages

Three Palms HomeWatch uses professional reporting platforms to document service visits.

Reports may include:

• photographs
• GPS verification
• timestamps
• inspection notes

Reports are delivered electronically through secure reporting platforms.

Electronic reports constitute the official record of services performed.

The Company may utilize third-party platforms to support operations including:

• home watch reporting software
• client portals
• cloud storage systems
• scheduling tools
• communication systems

These providers operate independently and maintain their own privacy policies and terms of service.

Client information and service documentation may be stored using secure cloud-based systems operated by third-party providers.
